All consultations are confidential and free of charge.
Osaka Information Service for Foreign Residents offers information and advice on a wide range of issues including matters related to daily life in 11 languages, including Japanese. You can visit us directly at our office, or get in touch by phone, email or fax.
On the fourth Sunday of each month, we also offer specialist consultations on resident status and legal matters. Either an immigration specialist or lawyer will be available each month. For details about consultations, dates, and times please see the event calendar.Appointment required.
