7月31日（木）2:00pm～4:30pmに「第1回外国人のためのメンタルヘルスワークショップ」を開催します。日本での生活で心の問題や不安を抱えている外国人のために、立命館大学のカウンセラーが、カルチャーショック、 外国で生活する時の心の変化、ストレスの対処方法等について講義とワークショップを行います。先輩の外国人から、日本に住んで経験した心の問題にどうやって対処したか、お話を聞きます。外国人の皆さんが安心して、日本でより充実した生活を送るために開催します！ぜひ参加してください。

【We will hold a workshop to support foreign residents’ mental health in Japan!】
On Thursday, July 31st, 2025 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, OFIX will hold a “Mental Health Workshop for Foreign Residents (Part 1)”. In order to better support international students and foreign residents who may struggle with their mental health or who may be carrying any worries related to their life in Japan, we are inviting a counselor from Ritsumeikan University to come and hold a workshop about culture shock, effects living abroad may have on mental health, and ways to cope with stress etc. We will also have other foreign residents come to talk about their own mental health difficulties and how they overcame them in Japan. Our goal with this workshop is to help foreigners have peace of mind and thrive as they live here in Japan.
