【相談対応日時の変更について】
月曜日から金曜日 午前９時30分から午後5時30分（祝日、年末年始を除く）
第４金曜日 午前９時30分から午後８時
（祝日、年末年始を除く午後５時30分以降に来所される場合は、事前予約が必要です。）
第３日曜日 午前９時30分から午後５時30分（祝日、年末年始を除く）
また上記時間内に、弁護士、行政書士、臨床心理士、社労士および大阪出入国在留管理局及び大阪府労働相談センターの職員と直接相談できる専門相談日を設けています。（原則予約制）

Starting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the operating hours of the Osaka Information Service will be revised with consultations in Burmese newly added.
【Change in Osaka Information Service Desk Hours】
Starting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the Osaka Information Service will operate according to the following schedule:
Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (excluding national holidays and year-end/new-year holidays)
4th Friday of every month: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM (excluding national holidays and New Year’s holidays. Please, make a reservation in advance if you plan to visit after 5:30 PM.)
3rd Sunday of every month: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (excluding national holidays and New Year’s holidays)
During the above hours, special consultation days are also available where you can consult directly with lawyers, administrative scriveners, certified clinical psychologists, labor and social security attorney (Sharoshi), as well as staff from the Osaka Immigration Bureau and Osaka Prefectural Labor Center. (Reservations on a first-come-first-served basis)
